We contacted Richard firstly to complete a electrical survey on the house we were purchasing and then again to carry out the works which included a full rewire, installation of a new fire alarm system, removal of old/obsolete wiring, alarm systems and more. Can't recommend him highly enough, he had a team working on the weekend to help get us into our new home faster. We expected to have to do a lot of clean up once they had finished so we're pleasantly surprised to find they had cleaned up and left virtually no remedial works for us to do. He was in constant contact throughout. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Contacted Richard to install electrical supply 240v and 110v) in my wood shop. He really knows his trade and did such a great job I used him for two further major electrical installs. Thoughtful, interactive and top quality in all he does. Can’t recommend him too highly.

Richard attended very promptly to resolve an "emergency" issue where my RCD kept switching everything off. Subsequently he came back and tidied up my garden electrics which were the root cause of the problem as well as changing my outside lighting. Prompt and efficient and pleased with the result.

Great workmanship. I needed an electrician at short notice and Darren from On-X Electrical came to my rescue. If you are looking for a professional that will complete the work exactly as you desire and provide a high level of service, I highly recommend On-X Electrical for the job. We just had Darren check, fix, and finish the entire second fix electrics for our 5 bedroom house and he was excellent. Always shows up on time, works hard, offers help and advice, and the quality of his work is excellent. Would highly recommend and would certainly use him again!

Darren is his team are a highly professional bunch which carried out their work to high standards and diligence. A consumer unit replacement job turned into then having to add extra 32amp sockets for my HiFi system didnt sway them. They were more than happy to do the wxtra work. I highly recommend them. My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

I rang today because my kitten had an issue with a wound which was bleeding. Despite closing in 15minutes I was told to bring my kitten along to be seen. When I arrived I was seen after the vet should have closed but was reassured that this was not a problem and that they were more than happy to treat my kitten despite this making them late finishing. I was very grateful to the staff for all the care they took of my kitten and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Had an emergency call out on a Sunday, no power at all. Adam showed up within half an hour and was done within an hour. He found and fixed the problem quickly, no time wasting, cannot fault the service. Price very good, no rip off. Will definitely use again.

We have recently carried out a complete renovation of our flat, and Adam and his team at Electrically Sound have been working here for more than two weeks. In that time, they have always been friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Adam particularly is quite a rare find; a consummate "problem solver" who really seems to work miracles sometimes, when all had seemed lost! He is also unfailingly polite and cheerful, and he always does what he says he will do. Thoroughly recommended.

Prowired Electrical were initially appointed to provide a temporary electric board in MK1 Installations new Warehouse which came as a completely empty shell to which they were able to provide a next day service for the supply and installation. Because they provided such a high standard of service with the initial work as stated above and the costs in doing so were very reasonable, it was only right that the appointment of installing our warehouse lighting was also put their way and again, they were very helpful from advising, right through to again the supply and installation of lighting which was all done within a week. The directors(Danny & Nathan) are always happy to help and ensure that any specific requirements are met regardless of how big or small.

Today we had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog Simba. He lived a very long life of 13 years old which we are so grateful for but unfortunately his back and front legs in the last three years was giving away to the point he couldn’t get up and walk anymore. We decided that today was the day we all had to say our goodbyes which Ian helped us by putting him to rest. We contacted Ian back in April 2024 because thats when we thought it was time, but our strong boy continued to live on a little longer 💪🏻 When recontacting Ian he managed to come in the morning on the same day. Ian was very caring and the process went smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for a better send off. Thank you Ian.

We got in contact with Ian this morning to make the heart-wrenching decision of putting our beloved 13 year old Labrador Trixie to rest. Ian arrived within 2 hours and was so professional, calming, and compassionate. He provided comfort not only for Trixie, but for our family as well. After severe negligence by our vet, my cat Mac Mac unfortunately developed a terminal injection point sarcoma. After trying everything possible to reverse this, including holistic and emf treatment, unfortunately there was no improvement. To prevent further suffering, and not wanting to go back to the vet that caused this, I stumbled upon Farewell Friend on the web and am so glad I did. Although he had a full day, Ian kindly came back on my msg immediately and offered to make me the first visit of the day as I didn't want my young boy to be present. Ian was simply fantastic. He let me take whatever time I needed to say goodbye to my beloved cat. Similarly, after the event, I was very distraught. Again Ian let me have all the time I needed to grieve before passing her over for cremation. Although Ian in no way tried to rush me, I am sure I made him late for his other appointments. Thank you so much, Ian! You offer a crucial service, and I'm so glad my cat could pass in familiar surroundings and as peacefully as possible.

Ian was very kind and compassionate during a very difficult time for the family. He came out within the hour of contacting him. Ian explained the process of putting the dog to sleep and gave us all the time we needed with Kira after she had passed. Had a new consumer unit installed and downlights replaced. Fantastic service from start to finish. Very neat and tidy, Ed obviously takes pride in his work. Both Nathan and Ed were really informative, we really felt like we had old friends in our home. I have had many electrical things done in my home by Nathan and I would just like to say highly recommended. He has put in outside power point and outside light. Hung flat screen tvs on the walls and put new light into a very high hall and a new light fitting in the kitchen.

Followed a full EICR check with some extra work to update power safely for my garage, new fusebox for in there and also the house: extra sockets now fitted and channelling work done for hidden cables for a wall mounted TV .Updated smoke alarms installed,and replacement extractor fitted to bathroom.All done really well and finished neatly with no fuss, and the guys were very courteous and neat and tidy.
