Jim and team have provided various electrical work over the years and it’s always the same reliable outcome; great job, great communication, no surprises, upfront and honest, very reasonable pricing, turn up when you expect, always very tidy, every employee I’ve met has been very friendly, polite and professional. They also have a great network of trade professionals which was invaluable when we needed it.

Professional from the start. 3 people arrived by 9am and just got on with the job. Replaced my fusebox, installed an EV charger and also a double socket in a bedroom. Kept me informed when power would go off so I could back up my PC. Really good job done and all cleaned up by 4pm. 100% would recommend these guys and will be using them in the future.

Our pets are incredibly important to our family. So you can imagine how worried we were when one of our cats had a recoccurance of a bladder problem. The vet explained our options clearly and with care. Surgery was required. It is clear to us that animal care isn't just a job for the staff at this branch of Medivet. They really do care about the best outcome for your pet. The team communicate clearly and don't make you feel silly for asking a billion questions. Reasonably priced services and plentiful parking available close by. I recommend this vet and the team.

I cannot get over how wonderful these guys treat my furbabies. We have called with questions regarding them at all hours and it's never too much trouble to answer and advice us. Our pets love them they feel comfortable here unlike previous vets where they have been so scared they soiled themselves. Here they explore and get affection from staff. I highly recommend this vets

My beautiful cat passed away recently and Medivet staff were so thoughtful and caring. I got to spend time with her and say goodbye to my baby and could spend as long as i wanted. A few days later I received lovely gifts from them, which was again so so thoughtful at this difficult time.

Dave installed 4 new double sockets in my living room for me. Tidy job, minimal mess and damage from the chasing in made it very easy for me to make the walls good and paint. Dave is very friendly and helpful, and the cost for the work was reasonable. Very happy to recommend Dave - he’s also installed new sockets in my dining room and completely rewired my kitchen, and I will use him again for a future project.

David did lots of work for me including installation of a new consumer board, indoor lights and switches, a new camera doorbell and security lights. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He has given me some really good advice on different options available to me. The quality of the work he has done is superb. I would highly recommend David to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy and highly competent electrician. If you use DAK Electrics, you will not be disappointed.

David has completed a number of jobs for me now. He has always been very responsive and helpful. He has rewired my boiler and fixed a few burnt out switches in a very timely manner. He was also very reasonably priced. Knowledgeable and friendly. Highly reccomend for any domestic electrical work.

We looked at many companies to do Solar for our property… there are lots out there which made me wary of who to trust. Warm and homey, a really ‘normal’ (in a good way) cafe which just happens to be entirely vegan. There’s a lovely section of options, it’s really reasonably priced and the staff are friendly. Great food and they allow dogs too!

Wow first time visiting today and absolutely love this place!!🧸✨ Friendly welcoming staff and it's such a joy to have so much choice of food I was actually overwhelmed because as a vegan in most places you have to hunt for what you can eat on a menu!! What an experience to have full access to the whole menu!! Went for a tofu stack and my husband went for a Buddha bowl and they were both sooo good generous portions but not heavy on your tummy!! I also tried their banana milkshake with cream n marshmallows and that was delicious!! I also treated myself to their soft serve ice cream with strawberry sauce n rainbow sprinkles!!🌈 omggGosh so good😭😭 I recommend this place to everyone not just vegans, atmosphere is so welcoming and chill and the food is brilliant quality and wholesome!! So so sooo good. The most innovative and delicious variety of cake (jaffa cake cake, kitkat brownie, cherry pastry, blueberry croissant…). Sadly no photos of those which is testament to how bloody amazing they were, couldn’t wait to eat them! But there’s so much more than cake - it’s a great place for a quick breakfast bite, and lovely lunch. The coronation chickpea baguette was the best we’ve ever had… We visited twice in one weekend and would happily go back again tomorrow even though we live half an hour away! Friendly staff, free parking, gift shop, good value for money. Oh and there’s great coffee & shakes. Healthy options as well as treats…get yourself in there, you won’t regret it! 💚

This place was recommended to me by a friend. Easily the best food I’ve had on my trip to the UK. The location is convenient to Basingstoke, the atmosphere is as authentic Turkish as it gets. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He made several recommendations and we couldn’t resist. The food is world class. The charcoal fired grill and classic Turkish decor add to the whole experience. I will definitely come back before I go home.

Everything was amazing! The meats on the mixed grill was all super flavourful. The hummus kavurma and smoked salmon carpaccio is perfect for starters, not too heavy, not too overpowering. Tea was excellent! Baklava was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Definitely worth a visit!

We do enjoy African food, and coming across this well-regarded cafe/ restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Our two boys loved the food despite initially saying it was too early to eat, plus they also originally wanted something else nearby! However, we were glad to have given Afrizi a try. We ordered Nigerian jollof rice/mutton stew and rice/ beans/chicken stew ‐ warms the soul on a chilly night, and this was definitely a treat today. Milk/fruit shakes are nicely done. 👌 The one thing is that we felt that the plantain for the fried plantain and plantain chips could have been riper, which would have made it slightly sweeter than it was. Other than that, the overall meal went down very quickly and without any complaints.

An excellent place to try out Nigerian/African food, all made on the premises to authentic family recipes. Choose from a nice variety of different dishes - mutton stew, chicken suya (fried spicy chicken) with salad, fish stew, plantain fries.

I come here every time I'm in Basingstoke. I wish it existed in my home town. The food is absolutely delicious. My personal favourite is the tofu stew with fried rice and fries plantains. The puff puffs are also a super yummy dessert option. I'm vegan and there's a bunch of options on the menu.

Visiting a friend in 'stoke and he recommended this place for a quick bite to eat before a concert. The decor is stripped back but the flavours are not. We both went for the Jollof rice, me with mutton stew, which was wonderfully spicy. We accompanied this with Nigerian Guinness (7.5%, be warned). We grabbed a bag of cinnamon puff puffs to go for dessert which were like donut holes. We left happily full. Hope to return and try some other items from the menu. Service was very friendly too. Recommended.

Derek installed a Hypervolt EV charger for us recently and we're very happy with the work he and his team did. He is very knowledgeable and provided very helpful guidance on where it would be best placed, what I need to do before it can be installed etc. Very punctual, professional and tidy on the day and helped minimise disruption as I work from home. Glad I could use someone from our local community as well. Would not hesitate to recommend DRC Electrical Services to anyone or use them again in the future!

Derek supplied and installed an AndersenA2 EV charger. He did a great job of fitting it neatly exactly where we agreed it would go and left everything clean and tidy. As well as ensuring the work was completed as soon as the car was listed as eligible (and not before) he also helped us get the Andersen order in before a price rise. Not only this but he was always on time and always friendly and a pleasure to have working at our house.
