BECS project managed our kitchen renovation and, from the first contact we had with them, they were friendly and approachable. Our main point of contact throughout, Emma, was incredibly responsive and understanding and when any hiccups occurred, which are common with any renovations, they were promptly resolved. They lined up all of various trades who performed the work to a high standard and we couldn't love our open plan kitchen/diner any more.

BECS were recommended to us by our kitchen company. Over the course of five months, their team organised and renovated our kitchen and dining room to create one amazing space. They managed all aspects of the build, plumbing, electrics, tiling and decorating and worked seamlessly with the kitchen company. We could not recommend Danny, Emma and the team highly enough – all the work was of the highest quality, and they supported us through every aspect of the project – even managing the kitchen company for us. They were available and on hand 24/7 to ensure the process was as smooth as possible and treated us and the house with the utmost respect – Emma even popped round to tidy up before we returned from holiday! Everything they managed was on budget, to time and focused on the customer. We will be using them again and we highly recommend.

We employed BECS to carry out our 5 year EICR on our hotel. Electricians were punctual, polite professional and efficient, They kept us informed of progress at all times and worked around our guests. Reasonably priced service and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.

Gary came round to change a couple of difficult tap changes, fit a vanity and other little bits to refresh our bathroom. He did an excellent job and spotted a hidden leak that he could have ignored and agreed to pop round to finish the job (fixing the vanity to the wall) after our flooring has been fitted. Would highly recommend

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

We recently used The Big Green Electrical Company for our home studio conversion. Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company have been outstanding. When I was planning and building my new house I really wanted to work with a solar provider that would work with me to understand my wider electrical requirements and design a solar system to match. Working with Daniel he designed a system to utilise the maximum amount of roof space on the house with 25 solar panels using an in roof GSE tray system for a neat look. This also saved money on roof tiles! It uses a Solaredge 8 KW 3 phase hybrid inverter with DC coupled battery storage and a home backup system that keeps the house running even in a grid loss. The system is making ample solar and has already generated over £800 (2.2 MW) in 2 months which has take a massive bite out of the electrical cost of running a large new build property complete with heat pumps, car chargers, batter Nothing has been too much trouble and he has helped with advice and guidance around other electrical elements of the house, working closely with the main contractor and electricians to ensure everything worked well together. Following the completion of the install he has been diligent with all the certificates, paperwork, handover pack and also helped deal with the DNO when they have been less than helpful. In this busy market where you want a competent, trusted, diligent and friendly provider who will design and install a system that works for your needs and not leave you in the lurch then Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company are where you want to go.

Our outside light has bothered me for months intermittently working! The electrician was really friendly and very thorough. Loose wire found in another of our lights which was the problem. HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption. I would unreservedly recommend HeatXpert if you need a professional job at a reasonable cost and would have no hesitation in using their services again.

We had struggled to find an emergency call out to our boiler - heat expert turned up when they said, their engineers were knowledgeable and our boiler was fixed and working once the part was obtained. They communicate using texts to keep us informed of timing of visits and also payment using Apple Pay makes life so much easier.

Very pleased with work carried out my Averiss & Son to refurbish our main bathroom in March 2020 so happy with the work and overall finish had them return to refurbish our en-suite February 2021. Removed all old white goods and rubbish, re-tiled, plastering, new floor & installed all new white goods.
