One of my favourite meeting places when I am meeting clients and/or friends in Chiswick. Right next to Turnham Green Station, it is well located for those getting on or off at that station. The food is above average, not great. The service is always very good. And, as small as it is, with only about 8-10 seats in there and a few less outside, there is always a good atmosphere in there. Great for people watching outside.

Heisenberg coffee has always been highly recommended for great coffee in Chiswick. It is just outside Turnham Green station with indoor and outdoor seating options. The coffee is great and staff very nice and friendly. Cakes looks good too!

Stumbled upon Heisenberg Coffee today and was incredibly excited as a big fan of Breaking Bad. The ceiling is adorned with equations, adding another layer of authenticity. I ordered a Chai Latte topped with raspberry, cinnamon, and chocolate powders—clearly, Mr. White's special touch 😎. It was delightful! The Wi-Fi password 'Say My Name' 😆 offers a humorous touch. A must-visit for any fan!!

Great place for a quick coffee run. Love their dirty chai!!! It's one of the best I've had. Friendly service and great recommendations. Definitely try it out if you're in the area. Also nice decor.

Each dish was presented beautifully and tasted incredible! From the vegetarian menu, the soufflé was my favourite dish! The dessert was really nice too, but I found it a bit too rich. The service was great; Monica was so attentive and friendly. 🥰 This dining experience is a must try. @dinneratsk has a relaxed & intimate setting. This makes it the perfect place for date night or a cosy evening with friends! ✨

Sam’s kitchen just recently launched dinner. What we had was crab to start with a black rice cracker and venison for main. It did not disappoint at all. I have had lunch there a few times but would highly recommend their set menu for dinner there was also a vegetarian option. Ooh the plum Bellini was like Christmas in a glass ! Delicious. You will not be disappointed 🙏🏼

A friend and I had the pleasure last night of the new Dinner at SK concept launch and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. As you can imagine it was a sell out and although we were sat at the bar every effort was made to make sure we were as welcome and comfortable any other guest and the entire ambience, service and buzz of the place was perfect. We were given freshly made and warm bread rolls with house butter before we started the set menu which was perfectly balanced and the venison dish in particular melted in the mouth. A shoutout goes to the damson and juniper jus, I could swim in it! We opted for the wine pairing which set the tone for the courses and frankly the price point is an absolute bargain. I highly recommend to anyone in the area and I cant wait to book in again!

Sam’s Kitchen has recently opened in the evening for one set menu dinner meal. I’ve never been for breakfast, brunch or lunch but the dining experinece was wonderful. Three course set menu - fresh, light starter, with the most delicious treacle blade beef for your main, and a plum tart with mascarpone ice cream to finish. The menu isn’t the same very week so you probably will get something different. We booked in advance and paid before going (£55 a head) but they do take walk in’s (although it is very popular and you may be disappointed if you just turn up). They do a great wine pairing with this at extra cost.

DINNER AT SK We were extremely lucky to get a reservation for Dinner at SK last night. Dinner at SK is new to Chiswick and is an evening offering from Sam's Kitchen Chiswick. It was an absolute treat of an evening! The food was off the scale delicious, service great and the restaurant beautiful, it felt very special. What I really liked was the simplicity of a single dish on offer per course. Every mouthful was incredible. We decided to also take the wine pairings, which were beautifully and considerately chosen to match the 3 courses. While we were perusing the menu we were presented with some homemade bread and butter, it was the perfect start to what was to follow. This week's offering was a starter of crab with a black rice cracker, and an exquisite white soy and yuzu dressing, my mouth is watering just writing this! Main was venison with an incredible gravy and the most delicious Pomme Anna, crisp top and soft middle. Pudding, a chocolate and passion fruit delice with a white chocolate ice cream. For food that good the price was very reasonable, other restaurants in Chiswick cost more and do not have the level of expertise. Finally we were given a salted caramel chocolate to leave a delicious taste in our mouths as we wandered home with full tummies and and plans to come back as soon as we can. It's a winner!

The Eggs Florentine and the My Place Breakfast were both delicious! The service is quick and friendly. The restaurant is clean and in a great location. It is also dog friendly which always gives extra points. I will be back if I am in the area! 10/10

I highly recommend this place if you're in the Chiswick area! It's a lovely café-restaurant with a nice atmosphere. After 7 PM, they have live music, which adds to the experience. As for the food, it was really good!

By far the best brunch place I’ve had in London for the past 10 years. Toni the boss is an absolute charm, his warmth and kindness really brings joy to this neighbourhood. Foods are made by their own sourced ingredients and house made with dedication. My friends has all went here via my recommendations and we tried majority of their dishes here, never disappointed.

Such a delightful gem of a café! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene, providing a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of Chiswick High Road. Food is good, my friend thoroughly enjoyed her sausage sandwich and smoothie. My cake, while a bit too crumbly and too burnt for my liking, still delivered on flavour. The coffee, on the other hand, was rich and full-bodied, just perfect. I’ll definitely be back for a cozy hangout with great coffee and a laidback vibe!

I used to live in Chiswick and come here all the time. Now, every time I'm in London I try to visit Chiswick and The Post Room. It's still such a wonderful coffee shop, all these years later. Amazing coffee, friendly staff, a cosy interior and delicious food!

Very nice hidden gem. It is a bit pricey but the place is lovely. The staff were very friendly and also polite. There was a little wait to get the food but the place was full, so, understandable. We went for the brunch. Nice food, nice music. Would recommend and will go back to try the roast.

It’s a good place with a great atmosphere and polite and attentive staff. Breakfast-wise, the eggs Benedict were a bit far from the best ones I’ve tried: the muffin had less subtle taste than I would love, the egg white was not cooked in some parts of the eggs, and the Hollandaise sauce had a bit of a mushroom taste. The cappuccino was rather hot and also came with cinnamon. Overall the place is nice to come to, but when I’m looking for great breakfast options I’d select another one next time

Been several times. Big space, great atmosphere, very accommodating for people who just want a work space that isn't a cramped coffee shop. Menu's nicely varied, but the homemade burger's the star of the show. Would recommend.

We tried to reserve a table but it was full. Luckily we got a table for 1 hour as walk-in customers. Thank you for that. The food was ok but frankly not the best pizza I've ever eaten (we ordered the one that they recommended/the popular one). I like bruschetta but they changed the menu since a few months ago, and bruschetta was not on the menu anymore. The toilet was ok.

The pizza is a real Neapolitan dough and delicious. The place always crowded can tell you about how good they are. The manager is a kind guy and gives you attention. We loved the place and the cherry on the top was the dessert that he said is brought from Naples. (Ricotta I pere). We will bring our friends here

Really the best pizza there is. I can’t wait to come back. Definitely recommend, but make sure to book your table, the place was very busy. Cheesewick pizza was unbeliveable, also had the mushroom one (don’t order if you don’t love mushrooms) and the one with nduja, which was really good as well.

The pizza was amazing, closed to perfect. The dough was excellent, the tomato sauce delicious, the ingredients were all selected and fresh apart from the mushrooms (I would have chosen something wilder). I liked also the menu was classic and twisted, with some really good drinks. The service was great too, polite and professional. The ambience could be improved with some music in background. We'll be back to try more, definitely.

Beautiful spot, unique decor and vibe make this a great place to sit with family & friends. Coffee is honestly the best I’ve had, smooth and great tasting with gorgeous art, miles ahead of any other coffee place I’ve been to and food is lovely too. Ozzie the owner is a great guy, friendly and makes sure you have a perfect experience. New garden spot that has opened is so nice to relax in the sun, cannot recommend enough!

Very good and reasonably priced steak. I had the 300g rump cut and it was cooked a perfect medium rare. We also really enjoyed the desserts - the chocolate fudge cake and the Argentine pancake with condensed milk were particularly good. Service was friendly and attentive. I asked to replace the fries and they did so no questions asked. The fries were still not good so that’s probably my only critique of food here.

Fantastic from start to finish. My husband booked this for my birthday and we cannot fault it. We had the steak sampler board and it is honestly some of the best steak we’ve ever had, and we eat out a lot. Service impeccable. No waving your arm around for ages hoping someone sees you, the staff are so on the ball, our waitress was Sanna and she was excellent. Lemon meringue pie to die for. This place is a gem. Needless to say, we will be back.

Until Hawthorn closed in Kew there was no reason to come here as we stay loyal to restaurants as they need all the support they can get. We were also put off slightly by the negative reviews, which seemed plausible. Still we decided to give Silver Birch a try and were not disappointed. From the beginning. The amuse-bouche were all well executed, subtlety flavoured and enjoyable. Bread also good, and the two butters exemplary (if butters are allowed to be that). The crab starter was superb: delicate but rich. Initially I was a little underwhelmed by the beef tartare - more from the small portion size - but the beef was high quality, the flavours complex and complimentary, and I enjoyed that it had been thickly cut. We decided to go for two meat dishes as the main courses and I suspect we made the right choice as both the venison and the pigeon could not be faulted. Again high quality meats, cooked perfectly. Puddings excellent. Service was attentive and professional; and we liked the ambience of the room. It was clear that the chefs have well-honed skills and know what they're doing. Too often when dishes are a coming together of complex textures and flavours the result is a mess. This was not the case tonight. Not cheap of course but that's London pricing. The food itself was a very reasonable £65 a head but drinks and service will easily double the final price (understandably).

I recently celebrated my birthday at The Silver Birch and it was a fantastic experience. Modern British cuisine at its finest! Samuel’s wine recommendations were spot-on, perfectly complementing our meal, and the restaurant manager's attentiveness made the evening even more special. Wonderful restaurant - excellent flavours and textures, well-prepared and presented food and nice formal service. Way more than a neighbourhood restaurant! Went for a couple's birthday celebration and it is definitely special enough as well as relaxed and enjoyable, though quite smart. Great stuff. Caveat: price (what's new in London...). The menu price seems OK but there are a lot of extras and of course drinks, so it ended up being £120 a head with very reasonable amounts of booze and extras, so I'd say it's a tad steep, but the quality is there.

Following a wonderful dinner here a few months ago we came back to the Silver Birch for lunch and had the Chef's tasting menu with paired wines. Every course was tasted wonderful and was presented beautifully. The wine pairings were unusual and, without exception, delicious. Each wine was described and they explained well why that wine had been chosen to go with that particular course. It is difficult to pick out a favourite dish, but I think my three favourites were Poached Newlyn Cod, Squab pigeon and the Brown butter chocolate delice, and a special mention for the lovely lovage butter which came with the bread. the ambience was relaxed and the staff (mainly Martin) who served us were excellent, friendly, entertaining, efficient and knowledgeable. The restaurant is an easy walk from Turnham Green tube station.Our meal was expensive, but worth every penny.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing and has become one of my all-time favorites! I’ve been dining here for special occasions and have recommended it to my friends and family, who also loved it. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is outstanding. The manager, Scott, is truly one of a kind. Every time we go there, he personally comes over to check on us, making sure everything is perfect. He’s always friendly, attentive, and even makes us laugh, which adds such a personal and enjoyable touch to the experience. Just last Sunday, I went with some friends, and once again, we had an incredible time. Everyone loved the food, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. We’re already planning to come back for my birthday because this place is just that special. I can’t recommend it enough!

The Hound hosted 10 of us for our annual Christmas lunch and did not disappoint. We enjoyed a drink at the bar - everyone commented how festive it felt with the log fire and tasteful decorations - before being seated at a very spacious table in a secluded spot. We'd pre ordered the Christmas sharing platter which was superb - 4 different meats all cooked to perfection and plentiful portions. Shout out to Joe who looked after us brilliantly. Very fortunate to have The Hound as our go-to local.

My friend and I came for a roast here and it was one of the best roasts we’ve had in a while. I don’t usually leave reviews but what made it such a great experience was the excellent service - something you don’t see much these days at other pubs! Terrance was our waiter and he was just so brilliant - very friendly and attentive, even when it was busy!
