From the initial assessment of the issue, to raising the quote, to adjusting the quote to my specific needs, to the installation itself Matthew and his team were professional, polite and efficient. Matthew explained what he was doing and why, answered any questions I had, and even resolved an additional issue that I forgot to mention when requesting the quote. I know from experience how hard it can be to find reliable tradesman so its great to know I now have a great electrician to call on.
