We have just had Assured out to fix a heating element in the boiler on our commercial premises.
After contacting them, they talked through the process right away and got a plumber out to assess the problem.
The booking time was a week later which we did not mind and they have fixed the problem easily.
No hidden charges and very professional service from booking to fixing.

I moved house at the start of the year and have had a number of issues with both the plumbing and the boiler.
Whenever I phone Assured the customer service is exceptional and the engineers that have come out to the house to complete work/repairs have completed all work to a very high standard.
After using Assured I wouldn't consider using anyone else, absolutely brilliant!!
Needed some electrical work undertaking extra sockets installing, some also being moved ,moving of aerial socket. The job was completed in a day ,and quality of work was excellent ,minimal dispruption.I would highly recommend the workmanship and the reasonable price, and I would 100% use again.
