Darren was really knowledgeable, friendly and totally not intimidating which some of the previous plumbers and trades in general I used can be like. Boiler fitted with attention to detail and certificate in the post a couple weeks later. Top man!

Darren absolutely saved my Boiler from imminent demise. Until he came I was on the verge of replacing my Boiler as a previous engineer suggested this, within 30 minutes Darren had the Hot Water back and working and also diagnosed the problem correctly. He definitely goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable. Would strongly recommend.
