Josh did a great job for us at replacing a seized mains valve into our property on an emergency call out. He got a lot of detail over the phone before coming out and was with us in a couple of hours. He was tidy, polite and explained everything clearly along the way. Very reasonable charges with no surprises or hidden costs. We will be using him again.

When he arrived, he quickly found the issue, gave me a fair price to solve and managed to solve the issue. Super efficient and courteous.
