Vincent and his team are great! As first time home buyers, he really put us at ease and made sure to explain everything aswell as providing clarity on what we needed to do. Excellent communication and great service from EMS! Vicente’s responses were almost instant, and he took the time and care to explain the proposal in detail. As a first-time buyer with no electrical knowledge, this was very reassuring. I had an electrical check, and electricians were booked to fix the issues the following week!
