Nice friendly chap. Thorough quote and all the details I might need sent in advance and a convenient time arranged to do the work. The work was done promptly, efficiently, warning when I might need to turn things off. Any very small mess was tidied up before leaving. Very professional and very efficient, in less than an hour, Paul solved our “chirping” smoke alarm that had defied all other attempts to fix!
