Highly recommended! It's a total pleasure to have work done by W5 Electrical, from start to finish. Clear and fast communication from the beginning, all confirmed by text (this is rare in itself and saves lots of time, compared to others). They arrived on time, did a brilliant job, did an amazing tidy up both inside and outside, took great care throughout, including filling a hole made while installing a new electrical supply for a cooker. Will and Jack were lovely people to have working in the house, checking details and keeping me informed as they worked. Met Kieran too and it's wonderful to have work done by a local company who really care about doing an excellent job and have pride in the result. Fantastic, professional and efficient local company, and I will definitely use them in future as they are truly the best. Update: on the installation day, the cooker installation guys had a rare problem that they struggled to solve, they spoke to Will on the phone and he was nearby and called in to help. The problem was a faulty wire supplied by the cooker company, not related to Will's work at all, but he is such a lovely, helpful, knowledgeable person and they solved the problem between them. We asked W5 Electrical to replace one of our security lights which had stopped working. W5 Electrical's team (Will and Jack) carried out the work promptly and efficiently. They were polite and helpful, and explained exactly what they were going to do. They made no mess and took away the old light and the packaging for the new light.
