I've used Toby at Thorne and Thorne a number of times and always find them to be a great company. They are responsive and reactive, an dusually at a time when plumbers are in high demand. I had my bathroom done by Toby and his team. The result was so amazing. I just love My new bathroom.I can't thank them enough for there hard work and commitment.Toby put my heating in years ago. He is so friendly and nothing is any trouble for him,and helped me out a few times. Also Rachel kept me informed with the progress of what was happening and going on. They are all a lovely team.

Sometimes things don't go to plan, we have all had days like this haven't we. Toby and crew attended when our boiler threw a complete wobbler just days before Christmas and after a lot of checking, head scratching, cross checking and calls so the manufacturer support, managed to find the issue and get us back warm and toastie again. I fear many others would have simply written the boiler, heat exchanger or the circuit board off, meaning a bill into the £1000s, but Thorne & Thorne Ltd know their stuff and that's why we have been using Toby and team for over 10 years. Cant recommend highly enough.

Mums heating system started malfunctioning on Wednesday, called to see if someone could come out. An engineer was in the area so was able to be with us within the hour. A gault was diagnosed and also comleted a boiler service. Absolutely brilliant! Unfortunately the following day there was no heating again, called mid morning and an engineer was able to come out and sort another issue. All up and running. Again superb service at such short notice. Cannot be faulted. All in all "Absolutely Brilliant Service " Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend. Had a new toilet and sink and cabinet replaced in our downstairs loo. Rachel in the office was very helpful and the fitters did a great job and were very clean and tidy.
