It’s no exaggeration to say that Artur saved our Christmas. We had been let down by a Curry’s “installation” “service” (who’d have thought the oven they were delivering would need to be hard wired like pretty much every other big oven that exists?) in the morning and he came at short notice at the end of his working day (the same day) to do the disconnection of the old oven and installation of the new one. He was thoughtful (anticipating the cable we’d need that turned out not to have been supplied, and telling us where to get it ahead of time), prompt (he even let us know when he was on his way), helpful (when the oven didn’t fit flush he pulled out his chisel and removed the skirting board so it did), and went above and beyond (lugging heavy ovens around our kitchen). Oh, and he was friendly and an all round nice guy as well.

Artur helped us restore our circuits after a water leak. He came round at short notice and clearly knows his stuff! Very helpful and thorough, we’ll certainly use him again.
