Joseph has now helped us twice in an emergency situation and was at the address within minutes, solving each issue straight away. On the contrary, a very big and well known energy company took a week for a similar job, so they should definitely take a lesson in customer service and reliability from Joseph. He did amazing! Highly recommend this guy. Had no heating and hot water all day, tried to google how to do it but couldn’t work it out then contacted to get an emergency call out but he asked me to send pictures and showed me how to do it. Now have the heating and hot water back and saved myself a call out. Really appreciated
