We called in today for the first time, primarily for lunch. There was a process issue when ordering (regarding menu pricing inflexibility) which, initially, made us reconsider staying. On speaking to the Restaurant Manager, Justin, he was extremely understanding and his whole attitude changed our minds. Our meals turned out to be excellent and, in my view, Justin gave a masterclass in customer service. He, and the rest of the team, completely turned a potentially negative experience into a pleasant one. Please pass on our sincere thanks.
Wonderful place! Reasonable prices, great range of products and simple but absolutely delicious food, and real tea (not in bags). Also very friendly stuff at the cafeteria.
Customer service is always fabulous, very polite individual by the name of “Oliver “ he dealt with us couple of days ago and helped find the item we’re looking for Even though it was not currently in stock, they managed to arrange that for us. It’s really refreshing to get great customer service from shop for individuals such as Oliver. Thank you
