This has been on my list of places to go for a while now and it certainly didn't disappoint! The lady on arrival who checked our tickets was really lovely and welcoming. The gardens are absolutely stunning, we had a wonderful time, very peaceful, a real place of tranquility. We plan to return again this year before the Gardens close in September.

Our family of 12 recently had the privilege of staying at this stunning property, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. With six beautifully furnished bedrooms, three well-maintained toilets, and a spacious kitchen that became the heart of our stay, this place exceeded all our expectations. The additional amenities, such as the pool table, provided endless entertainment for our group, creating memories we will cherish for years to come. Every corner of the house seemed to have been designed with thoughtfulness and care, ensuring both comfort and character. Lucy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless, sending us helpful emails in advance and promptly addressing all our questions with warmth and professionalism. This property is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. Nestled in a serene location, it offered us the perfect getaway to reconnect and enjoy each other’s company. This place is an absolute gem of a find! We weren't aware of it until a Google Map search for something to do on the weekend (Ironically). Such a beautiful place to visit - the grounds are stunning. There was a vintage car show going on too, so that was an unexpected bonus. Well worth a visit 🙂

An enjoyable walk around the gardens with some nice extras like the maze. Not lots for kids, unless they like running around like loons, which mine do so they were happy. Nice coffee and ice cream from the tea room too.

I had a stall at the Greyfest 2024 event on the cricket pitch. The facilities were good and location easy enough to find. Well maintained lawns and trees and overall a good location gor this event.
