Nick at EV Domestic fitted my EV charger. He was very professional and despite encountering a few problems he kept me informed and got the job done. He was very neat and cleared up the minimal mess himself. Very professional team who I would not hesitate to recommend

After researching home EV chargers, I decided to select my own charger and get it professionally installed. EV Domestic were selected as they were attractive, appeared knowledgeable without being pushy, and pricing was attractive. Their engineer was a delight and whilst I realised the power would need to be off for part of the installation, he kept this to the end and it was off for less that 5 minutes! Then a tutorial on the unit, and was available for questions by phone if I had any issues over the first few days. Genuinely great service and I would happily recommend them.

Very easy company to deal with. From initial booking through to the installation everything went very smoothly. We were kept well informed about how the installation was progressing. Dom our engineer was very professional and explained everything clearly. A very neat job and left the property clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Great service !!!! These guys are brilliant , the engineer (Nick) arrived on schedule and went out of his way to cater for our needs rather than the easiest installation. He made sure that we understood everything and the app was set up and working before he left. Very friendly and didn’t complain about all of my novice questions. EV Domestic’s customer service department are amazing , we had a minor issue with our Ohme Home Pro charger , which wasn’t any fault of EVD’s and still they came out and fixed it without any quibbles. The customer service team again kept us informed every step of the way and went beyond the call of duty to find a solution to our problem. If EVD made guitar amplifiers the theirs would go up to 11 (Extra Points for anyone who gets that reference).😎😎 If you are thinking about getting an EV charger then look no further than EVD , in my humble opinion ; EV Domestic are second to none. Anyway , great job EVD , customer satisfaction 11/10. 👍👍 Excellent in every way.

EV Domestic were very friendly, supportive & very helpful & advised me on my best option of EV charger. The whole process was pain free & the installation was really great too, everyone was thinking about making their customer happy & I was very impressed with the whole experience.
