This is now the second time I have asked Ali to fix something in my flat and as always he was responsive, on time, polite and was able to fix everything. He initially came to fix the heating tank but also solved an issue with my heating too without any extra charge. Will be recommending Ali to all my friends and family. A great service. Thanks, Ali!

Ali helped me on the same day I contacted him as I had a leak in my kitchen. Elias came that afternoon and sorted out the problem quickly and was very polite. Ali is always very helpful and I would not hesitate in recommending him and his company!

Can’t recommend highly enough. Had an issue with quite a unique water tank in my Flat. My management company recommended Ali from previous installations in the building. Within 2 days I had the tank replaced. Ali and his colleague did a fantastic job. Clean, tidy, efficient, but most of all they were a pleasure to be around - a joke and a laugh and made me feel at ease during the installation but also for future servicing and repairs. Will be keeping his number saved for any future work.

this guy is so genuine. Called him as i have no hot water, he took me through reset on the phone and informed me that it could be fixed under my Bosch warranty. will definitely use him for my boiler service
