No job is too small—whether it’s fixing a leaking shower or repairing a boiler (even our very old 20+ years one), he’s always able to solve the problem. This time around he came out as an emergency on New Year’s Eve late afternoon to fix a very tricky leak that caused water damage to our ceiling. Nelson is a very fair and honest plumber. His after sales service is brilliant and on 2 occasions has managed to fix any error codes that may appear years later over the phone. I would highly highly recommend him. His response time is also very quick which is useful !

Nelson turned up on time to provide a quote and discussed all aspects of the job. The quote was received within 48 hours and provided a description of the work to be undertaken and costs. Nelson agreed a date for the job and turned up on time. He was very polite and considerate of me and my home. Despite what other heating engineer had said . Nelson managed to get the heating cycle into the loft without any issues. His work is very neat and tidy . At the end he talked me through what he had done and how everything worked.
