Mr Balogh came out in 30 minutes from the moment of our call. We had an emergency leak. The problem was identified, solved and further guidance was given to us in terms of maintenance. The engineer was calm, knowledgeable and respectful. I will call this company again.

The plumber that came out was an absolute delight. Very polite and helpful. He fixed the problem and advised me on further action that will be needed. He cleaned up after the job and was respectful of the time and closed the communal door quietly. I would call this company again if needed and recommend them to anyone.

I called as my old alarm system was going off in the middle of the night! Mr Balogh came within an hour. He was friendly, calm, professional. He explained everything he was doing. I was very satisfied with his job!

Am impressed by Bestfix who have repaired our shower. Very efficient and found the best value spare for the job. Nice people.
