We employed him to refurbish our whole bathroom and a separate cloakroom and we were impressed throughout the job. As a customer, you rely on the tradesmen's integrity and knowledge to guide you through problems and give you good advice. Shaun knows his stuff and this is evident in his work. Even when problems arise, for example we had to put our bath on a plinth to accommodate the grey water waste that couldn't be laid through the joists... obvious to Shaun but an oversight we had made. So he problem solved on the job and got it done without any questions. Further to this we've had Shaun back to fix our central heating that our previous plumbers had mucked up. He went above and beyond to find our problem, which wasn't easy, and solved it. Genuinely a good guy and happy to recommend to anyone who needs a professional and reliable plumber. Cheers Shaun!!
