This was the first time I had used Phipps Roofing, I just looked on google maps for a local roofing company. You never quite know what you'll get, but, they were brilliant! Professional, genuine, friendly, modern and experienced. We had already installed an extractor fan in our bathroom, it needed to go up into the loft and out through the tiles above. They have a 'can do' approach and sent one of the team over that week. I had a tile outlet kit already, but they advised me it was for a different type of tile, without fuss they organised the correct one for the job and brought it with them. From outside it blends into the other tiles so well, you can't really see it. Perfect. It's good to know, there are still great companies out there who pride themselves in their work and customer service at a good price. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Eamon Phipps and his team have repointed our chimney and coated it with a waterproofing compound as we had water ingress in the bedroom. We were very impressed with the efficiency of Phipps Roofing and they offer good value for money. We can highly recommend them.

Phipps Roofing were great in their assessment of the roofing repairs and tile options in order to match in with the character of the house. The work was carried out to a high standard and the team were always very respectful in and around the house. Eamon was informative throughout and prompt in returning for any snagging works required. They are specilaists in their trade especially with regards to the high quality of lead work carried out to our dormer and chimneys. Second time I've used Phipps roofing and the standard remains high. Called me back when he missed my initial call, which traders never usually do, and called at my house 20 minutes later to provide a quote. Very impressed with the attitude to customer service and the work was equally as good. Whilst it was only a small job you remember the good service and I will certainly be contacting them first should any bigger jobs need doing
