Stanley is a very calm, attentive and caring man. After what we imagine was a long busy week for him, we called him out as an emergency on a Friday evening. He was kind enough to come round and not just assess a problem, but quickly restore power in our kitchen. He knew without his assistance our freezer full of food would have been ruined. When he arrived, he quickly assessed the problem, managed to get a temporary solution within the hour. Then was kind enough to fit us in the following day, despite it being a weekend, to replace parts that needed replacing. He also gave us good advice and charges reasonably. Overall for a first impression, Stanley cannot be faulted. He was very professional, and clearly cares about his craft. We are indebted to you. We will most certainly be using his services again.

I was in need of a very quick EICR for a new tenancy, not realising that it was a new regulation. Stanley was very reassuring on the phone and booked an appointment for the next day. Apart from being late, which was perfectly satisfactorily explained, he was professional, efficient and got the job done, with the certificate, so that I did not have to delay the tenants.
