Absolute legend of a plumber. Contacted at 16:00 for an emergency call out for a leaky pipe, wrapped up his job and was over in the hour to fix. Disappointed that he doesn’t cover the West End as it’s difficult to find trades as good as him. Have told him to start charging more, he deserves more money for the excellent work he does. Well done Romaine!

Outstanding service from start to finish. I contacted Mr Allen and sent a short video to explain issue, got a quote. Luckily he was able to do the job within a couple of days. Very professional, explained the issue, what he had done, and left the place clean and tidy. Very happy to have found a competent & reliable plumber who charges fair prices.

Allen&Co did such a brilliant job installing my boiler. They were prompt and efficient and didn't make any mess. I was very impressed with their politeness and care when explaining how to use the boiler and thermostat. From looks to functionality, they made sure that everything was completed perfectly and showed great attention to detail. Romaine fitted new radiators in both our bedroom and sitting room. He advised on suitability and heat level before we bought them. Romaine reorganised the pipework needed in the two rooms and fitted the radiators. His work was clean and neat and his communication prior and during the work was excellent. Furthermore, the radiators look great! We would highly recommend Allen and Co. Edit - a few weeks ago we lost hot water, Romaine advised us over the phone and quickly solved the issue - no charge - mark of a decent tradesman, not charging for simple fixes.

Have used Romaine's services twice, first to identify an issue with our boiler earlier this year, he managed to identify the issue with ease in less than an hour and recommend we sort it under our existing warranty, and talked it through with me and answered my many questions, second time around he fitted a new radiator for me as our old rad nipple valve snapped off. Both times he's been professional, friendly and knowledgeable whilst being reasonably priced. He is trustworthy, reliable and a problem solver, it's great to find a reliable and personable plumber.
