Kieran was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. He looked at the problem, explained it (hot water kitchen tap is leaking water on to the pipework underneath, making it look like a pipe problem when it is actually a tap problem), recommended a solution (replace the taps!), and carried it out without fuss or delay. His fee was extremely reasonable. We called him on Tuesday and he was able to visit on Wednesday. Kieran also gave advice on locations of hot and cold water stoppage points, and boiler/hot water system replacement. Would definitely call Kieran again.
