I have used Ben's services several times I have never waited long for an appointment and he has done a variety of jobs for me, replacing locks, installing a new loft ladder amongst other things He is friendly and polite and cleans up well after he has finished I would definitely recommend him

Albert from BigProperty Maintenance arranged a time to come and quote on a job for two toilets that had different issues (one very noisy when flushed and the other over running). He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues within minutes through showing the cause of the problem in terms of build up of lime scale on one and inlet valve/pipe issue with the other. After quickly diagnosing the problems Albert was able to service one toilet straight away, which now operates perfectly. A professional service that I would recommend and would use again. Thank you.

From the first point of contact, Ryan couldn’t have been more helpful, providing a quote and talking over the options for doing the work. He checked in regularly in the lead up to our start date and throughout the renovation, which was much appreciated. Gary and Karl were skilled and efficient bringing the kitchen to life, including jobs such as plastering and plumbing. Nothing was too much trouble and we had good dialogue throughout and they made sure we were happy with every decision. Ryan. Gary and their team have renovated my house from top to bottom and can provide the full package from construction work, signposting to planning applications, electrics, plumbing and painting all as a one stop shop. They do everything to a very high standard and offer multiple cost saving alternatives. Craig and his team refurbished our bathroom we are really pleased with the result. Work done to a very high standard and very professional finish. Craig and his team worked alongside our chosen designer to prep our kitchen for new units, install all appliances and complete once units were in. He was extremely efficient, flexible and reliable and showed fantastic problem solving skills when issues arose. John replaced my shower tray and doors and the work was done to a really high standard. There were problems when the old shower came out and he talked through what needed to be done to fix it. He completed the works within the time he said and always left my bathroom very clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if needed and I highly recommend him.
