The HBS team were excellent from start to finish with a fire door replacement. Prompt, clear, and regular communication prior to the installation, professional service throughout (including working late to fix a problem with a piece of the fitting), and good quality assurance and follow-up. We will be using HBS again for our next work! (In fact we already are.)

HBS has just completed the installation of our new kitchen and bathroom.
The entire team was exceptionally professional from start to finish.
They were incredibly accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The quality of the work was outstanding, and their attention to detail was superb.

HBS have been extremely helpful when dealing with them via a management agent. The work that they have completed has been of a high standard and they have kept me up to date with the work being done. They have gone above and beyond to look at other issues at the property and give advice. Thanks for all your assistance.

Asked HBS to repair and reinforce a brick wall fence support. Very good communication and regular updates. Turned up at agreed times, work completed as agreed and satisfied with the outcome. Pleasant team and would certainly use them again for building maintenance work.
