Steven came out to me within an hour to help fix a trip switch issue. He was so friendly and helpful. He explained really clearly what he was doing and fixed the problem within the hour. The price was very fair for an emergency call out too. Highly recommended. And a lovely guy.
Steven was amazing! Called the number at 5pm on a Friday night, after putting up a shelf myself and causing a power cut! Clearly drilled through a wire just before the weekend... Typical! Within the hour Steven was at the house and had the job finished by 7pm! Lovely gentleman , fast efficient and really careful with both my shelf and wall - really pleased with the service and would highly recommend to any other DIY disasters! Thank you so much!
In all my years engaging with electrical and plumbing engineers - I have never been so impressed. Stephen was an emergency call out, from the moment he spoke to arriving (under 30mnts on a Sunday); got the job done, and delivered an outstanding result. Everything else around the service was 5 star - personality, directness, very polite, and even wore shoe protectors when he walked in the door - he dealt with it like he would deal with his own home.
