I’ve used Kris multiple times for jobs such as bathroom tiling, fitting dado rails and crown moulding, sorting out pipework and many other jobs. Very happy to recommend. Professional, honest and easy to deal with. Very high quality work.
Kris did an absolutely fantastic job of renovating the front of our terraced house. It was in a terrible state when we bought it with peeling paint and cracked stonework. He worked incredibly quickly for such a big job and everything was done exactly as requested and to a very high quality. Communication from both Kris and Anna was excellent throughout. We will certainly use them again for all the interior work which we still need to have done.
Kris carried out several small repairs and also did external and internal decorating to a very high standard. He arrives early and on time and does a good tidy after he leaves. Anna is very quick to respond to all queries via email and the rate they charge is very reasonable and competitive. I would certainly recommend Kris and will be using him again.
Massive thanks to Anna & Kris for sorting out our bathroom after a cowboy builder left the job half finished. Kris has done an amazing job and the bathroom now looks great.
We are so grateful and will be using Property Fix every time we have any jobs around the house.
