We had issues with our underfloor heating which had low proformance for some time and asked Intersmooth Plumbering & Heating to attend. They responded quickly. Sam attended he was very polite, friendly and respectful. It was easy to communicate with him. He took time to explore what the problem might and to explain why the underfloor heating might not be working as it should. We were left reassured. I had a significant water leak that “Thames water “ had picked up on. After 3 months of waiting a man came out to check the situation and the result was that it was not them. I was in a complete panic and after a friends recommendation I contacted Ferhat at this company. He came out at once like a knight in shining armour.
