After completing the work, Agustin took the time to explain how to operate the new shower and offered useful tips on preventing mould. The work area was left spotless, cleaner than before he started. Agustin demonstrated key attributes such as punctuality, excellent communication, and consideration for our family schedule, ensuring minimal disruption. He was friendly and approachable, answering all our questions without making us feel like a burden. His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile truly put our minds at ease. I had a number of issues that needed addressing so I called various local plumbers for help. Agustin (AGM) was very helpful over the phone and visited the next day to see what I required. He was very helpful and just a nice chap. Gave me a ballpark price range that night which was reasonable and told me he was very busy but would try to fit me in quickly. I accepted the price and he did all of the jobs within a few days. Everything is now fixed and his work is to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend AGM for all of your plumbing needs.
