Taylor was very polite, on time, price was reasonable and as quoted and he has done an excellent job of plastering a small tricky cupboard and a wall in our conservatory after we had a leak and had to damage the wall. We have used Taylor on several different occasions, where he also tiled our downstairs toilet and completed a few other little jobs around the house, we recommend T.H.E property maintenance highly.

Just had a room that was a kitchen replastered to turn into a bedroom. Had lots of plug points, vents for extractors complete mess. Taylor has done a fantastic job plastering. Doesn't look like the same room. Really pleased. Very professional and reliable. Will definitely use him again. Great service and tidy worker. Would recommend.
