After completing the installation, he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He even took the time to clean up the area, leaving it spotless. I reached out to George to help with our bath tub leakage. From the beginning, he was very responsive, prompt, and professional. When he arrived, he quickly identified the problem and helped us fix that in relatively short time and within our budget (we had a broken waste pipe in the bath tub, to access this George removed a wooden panel, fix the pipe then put the panel back). What impressed us was the attention to details i.e. cleaning up the debris, fine lining up the grout; communication was very clear with plan of action. Overall, we were very happy with the result and would definitely reach out to him again in the future.

The leaking issue has annoyed me for half a year but he solved it within one day or one visit.
