My experience with HBPS has been nothing but awesome. I see there are negative reviews for larger purchases with this company which is sad to see. I went in twice so far regarding a shower trap I needed replacing. Every guy that spoke to me there, were nothing but very helpful and kind. They spent a long time discussing things with me being very helpful. Based on my personal experience having bought what is a low value item, I would strongly recommend them.

Steph in the showroom was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble.
