If you have a Vaillant boiler, John is your man. He's been looking after mine for the last 5 years and I am so glad to be able to rely on him. He is trustworthy, super responsive and helpful, always does a good job and gives great advice.

John is the best tradesperson in London. Always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Will often just give me a steer over the phone if that's all I need. I have been working with John for 10 years now, and will continue to do so. Whereas other gas engineers fit boilers, John only repairs them, so he has no motivation to automatically write off boilers that have a lot of life left in them.
