We have used Warren since we moved into our house on the Isle of Dogs 9 years ago. Warren has been fantastic every time we have contacted him. Over those years we've also had two emergencies (leaking pipe and no hot water) and Warren attended quickly and resolved the issues efficiently. The lack of hot water was due to the HW cylinder's element needing to be replaced (which we were using while the gas boiler was broken). Warren has also showed me how to resolve some minor plumbing tasks myself so that I don't need to call him (top-up pressure in the central heating, top up the expansion vessels, etc). I definitely recommend Warren and will always call Warren for as long as he is still working!
