Thank you to the Boiler & Heating Care team (especially Shaqir) for being thorough and professional in dealing with my emergency with the boiler. It seems that the previous engineer did not service the boiler as they were paid to do so had no hot water or heating on the most coldest day of the year. Luckily I got in contact with Shaqir and he was there when we needed him and he diagnosed and treated the problem there and then. Worth every penny for a decent, honest and friendly service.

This company did an excellent job with my cylindrical boiler. They managed to replace four components and now my boiler is in great condition.
