Jay completed some exterior work to our flat (sealing in a waste pipe and fixing a concrete drain) efficiently, to an excellent standard and at a fair price. He also took the initiative to fix another pipe that was broken. He responded quickly to my husband's initial query, booked in the job at short notice and was on time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use him again.
