I have just moved to London recently and this is the first renovation work I experienced in town (and you can imagine how stressful it could be). We found TCTServ on Houzz.com and sent an enquiry, Tony replied promptly and all the way he was super responsive, polite, patiently answer all my questions (obviously I am layman). The renovation work was nicely done within the committed project time frame and within our tight budget (not to mention it was faster than I expected). Tony updated and kept me informed throughout the entire process, he and his team is attentive to details, and always able to explain to me clearly what's possible and what's not possible. Tony did a full refurbishment of our property. He is honest, kept to budget and delivered within the timescale that was discussed. Last summer I embarked on a very successful home renovation project with Tony and his team at TCT, which included a full gutting and renovation of the ground floor including the construction of a kitchen extension, as well as a full bathroom renovation.

The project was to budget as quoted from the start (any added costs were through my choice of added second fix materials) and it was completed on time as per plan and specification. Tony and his team were extremely collaborative and patient, they worked with my personal plumber and gas engineer where needed, always accommodating, respectful, and kind. On such a big personal project and in my moments of stress (as one would get from all the decisions that need to be made whilst juggling a full time job), Tony would always show calm and occasionaly humour when needed to help ease my anxieties.

I've had such a positive experience that I will look to work with Tony and his team again on future projects, and happily recommend for others to do so too.
