Jay completed some exterior work to our flat (sealing in a waste pipe and fixing a concrete drain) efficiently, to an excellent standard and at a fair price. He also took the initiative to fix another pipe that was broken. He responded quickly to my husband's initial query, booked in the job at short notice and was on time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use him again.
Contacted Jay for a few jobs. He responded quickly and gave simple estimates at fair prices. Had plastering and electrical work done and both were a high standard and completed promptly.
