Wael came as a plumber recommendation from a neighbourhood group. I had cause to contact Wael when I got into some difficulties whilst cleaning a shower thermostat valve and the stop valves failed. Despite being on a job with a customer Wael could tell it was an emergency and gave me some incredibly helpful guidance over the phone which resolved the immediate crisis. He then fitted me in the following day to come and look at the problem,, fixed a related leak and checked the plumbing to ensure I wouldn’t face further issues. Wael is a very decent human being and a very capable tradesman. I’m so grateful to have been recommended Wael and would call on him again in a heart beat. Thanks Wael.
