Incredible law and order in the place of operation. The effects of the work of the Perfect Form Luxury Bespoke Furniture team (because they made a wardrobe for me in the bedroom and a media wall in the living room) give me great pleasure to use on a daily basis. We are very pleased with the furniture built for our son’s bedroom. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and the room looks great. Our son is extremely happy with the result. We were also impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process, as well as that the work was completed within the agreed timeframe. We will definitely consider Perfect Form Carpentry for future projects and recommend them to others.

This is an extremely long overdue review - but I hope that Darek and Igor will forgive me.

First of all, I will start by telling a brief story, which I really do hope will help you paint the picture of what Darek and his family is like. When I was moving furniture into my apartment, being silly, I have locked myself in. I have called various locksmiths, but since it was Sunday - the waiting times were extraordinary and it was likely that I would've spent night in my car. I remembered that the only other person holding keys to my apartment was Darek (it was my initiative and I have proposed that it would be most effective solution for installation, since the apartment wasn't ready yet and I living elsewhere in a meantime). Despite that he lived > 2 h away from my place, he has decided to travel down to mine with keys. Moreover, he was kind enough to help me bring the remaining furniture into the house and also helped with an assembly. The guy is not only a great professional (on that later), but is also an amazing, and kind human being. I honestly cannot recommend him more than enough.

Now that this is out of the way, I think we can move on to Darek's professional services.

I have got in touch with Darek (Perfect Form) via Facebook, where he has gathered a lot of positive reviews in comments on one of the pages I liked. We have agreed to meet up to discuss furnishing of few rooms in my house, namely:

1. The bedroom - I wanted a wardrobe and a structure around my bed to be built

2. The kitchen - This was more tricky. The new build apartment has had kitchen before, but it looked 'unfinished' - so I was looking for possible options of getting more storage space.

Darek met me at my apartment, where we have discussed all options and he has provided a 'back-of-envelope' drawings of the furniture. He then took it home and (with his sons) developed a 3D model of the fittings and provided quote.

I must say. This experience was much different to the other bespoke furniture providers e.g. Darek never forced his ideas on me. He listened, suggested and adjusted - in accordance with his past experiences and knowledge. He offered a lot of ideas where needed and was actively trying to keep the cost down - offering alternatives - something that they other companies never seem to do.

We have then signed a contract and I have payed in the deposit.

The furniture was ready to be fitted in ~1 month. The guys came slightly late (due to issues with employees/ van - its a small company, so resourcing must be very difficult), but when they have entered the apartment to do installation, all was done on time, as promised in the contract. For 2 m x 3 m wardrobe + installation of the kitchen, it was a total of 3-4 working days (cannot remember exactly now).

To show another layer of commitment - the guys have worked hard to track down the laminate which my developer used for the kitchen - something that was very difficult post brexit, and offered to pick up kitchen tops and other resources - which required days worth of driving time - at no extra cost. Also worth mentioning is that Darek was the only person/ company I have spoke to, that have agreed to add to already existing kitchen.

Everything from design, all the way to installation was done perfectly. So trust me guys, the company's name is definatley not an empty slogan.

I was so happy with their services that I have asked for a TV stand to be developed alongside a small hallway wardrobe. Again, I was not disappointed.

All of the furniture, as manufactured by Perfect Form is of the highest quality. Darek and his team do an amazing job and deserve all the prise. I cannot recommend them more than enough.

I’ve had understairs cabinets and shelves installed by these guys and they are amazing! Genuinely the best builders I’ve ever had. They’re super punctual, considerate, and their attention to detail is unrivalled. They work really hard to make sure your vision is brought to reality. I recommend them to all my neighbours and friends!

Honestly, they are one of the best. They helped us to build a massive wardrobe, bay window seat, plus two shelves. I’m really pleased with their service.

I have to mention that two birch plywood doors of the wardrobe were slightly bending. It has something to do with the natural of the material. One of the carpenter I contacted before, they didn’t want to use the birch plywood. But I didn’t understand why initially. So it’s really my problem(stubbornness) rather than theirs. Most importantly, they replaced the doors for me free of charge.

I can’t thank the family more. They are reliable, speedy and offer competitive price. These are important qualities we often don’t see in some of the builders nowadays unfortunately.
