We’ve had two great experiences with CJD Plumbers. The first time, we had a blocked toilet that a previous plumber had unsuccessfully tried to fix by repeatedly pouring drain unclogger, without properly investigating the root cause. CJD was able to very quickly identified the actual source of the blockage! Our second experience with CJD was after an emergency plumber fixed a leak in our boiler. The other plumber then quoted us an overpriced amount for a new boiler but failed to inform us that we had emergency hot water available through our Megaflow system (something we didn’t know since it was installed by the previous owners). Fortunately, CJD came out the next day, got our Megaflow working, and restored our hot water immediately. They explained everything clearly and were incredibly helpful. We’ll be having them back soon to install the new boiler.

CJD plumbing have done a number of jobs for us over the years; replacing a boiler, replacing water tanks and disinfecting the system, minor leaks from our toilets. On each visit (without fail) the engineers have been polite, respectful and courteous and have always fixed the problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJD plumbing to others and will use them again in the future.
