Excellent service. Milenko identified a more serious underlying issue with my boiler that a previous engineer failed to notice. He was very quick to order the correct parts and ensure it was resolved. I highly recommend and will be in touch in the future if needed.

Milenko is amazing! He worked out what was wrong with our boiler - something a previous heating engineer had missed. He’s just fitted a new one and it was a smooth experience from start to finish!! So knowledgeable, professional, and kind (he even hoovered afterwards which I have never experienced!)

I needed to replace my boiler, which was probably installed 30+ years ago and was failing. I contacted Pinecone and Milenko came over that same evening. He gave me a clear and informative description of what was needed and less than 2 weeks later the new boiler is installed and working perfectly. Milenko was always helpful, describing what he was doing and why. As he went through the installation he fixed leaks, cleaned out radiators, and replaced dubious parts that had begun to fail.
