excellent throughout, making recommendations and checking we were pleased as work progressed. Attention to detail was spot on and we couldn’t be more pleased with our new bathroom. The cost was very reasonable and all work was carried out to a high standard. Friendly, thoughtful, kind, professional, and did a perfect job. Couldn’t ask for more - Would highly recommend.

Josh and his team at waterstone plumbing was very professional and punctual! Couldn’t do enough for us and was happy to answer any questions or doubts I had whilst the work was ongoing! very happy with the work and we will be using waterstone again if needed in the future.

Josh and his team fitted a new bathroom for me recently. I would like to say what an amazing job they have done and how happy I am. Josh communicated with me through-out and even came up with some ideas I wouldn’t have thought about. Professional, friendly with great ideas; I would highly recommend Waterstone plumbing and will be using them in the future.

From the very start Josh was a breath of fresh air. No feeling of being pushed into more expensive options, really felt like he listened to what we wanted. He came up with some amazing ideas that we wouldn’t even have thought off and fitted the style we wanted brilliantly. Highly recommended!
