Layla gave me a warm welcome and I found her to be bright and positive which put me at ease immediately. She was incredibly professional and ensured the outcome of my treatment would meet my expectations. I was pleased with the advice she gave me and thrilled with the results.

Katie was lovely and extremely thorough and tentative she undertook my pedicure professionally. I would come more often but I believe a pedicure with shellack off and shellack on should be priced around £45 and although I had paid over £9 deposit when booking online, I was still charged a further £43 today which feels expensive. If I came back for a pedicure I wouldn't hesitate to ask for Katie again.

All the staff I have met so far have been friendly and welcoming. The salon has a relaxing atmosphere which led to an amazing treatment where I have never felt so calm and relaxed. Straight away my skin feels so soft and looks less tired. I can't wait to finish this course and hopefully try another one.

Every treatment I have had at BATG has been excellent. The therapists have been friendly, professional and caring. Excellent knowledge of the products and always explain how to use them. Just had Skin Pen with Sam. Couldn’t have gone any better.
