Visited on a wet and rainy day, the young lad on the desk was friendly and welcoming, very organised in ensuring every customers needs around the centre were met. Harvey and Sam on circuit were professional and helpful, provided fantastic tuition in the pit lane and were quick and responsive on circuit during the session. We had a great day out, thoroughly recommend it.

Rob was fantastic looked after us from the beginning, balancing a lot of people at once and made sure all needs were met. Cody and bohdi in the pit lanes gave fantastic support and were responsive and alert on circuit. Fantastic day out.

Lovely day out with family. The children (16 & 11 years) had the best time. Good value for money. The food is great. Staff are amazing. They are friendly and supportive. My youngest was scared and they took the time to calm him down. He had a wonderful time after they spoke to him and he gained so much confidence. Great way to enjoy your day and the children learning new skills. Lovely venue, can’t fault a single thing.

Had an amazing time at the Ancaster today! The track was challenging yet fun even in the bad weather, and the karts were in excellent condition. Staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a safe and exciting experience, in particular Rob was a very enthusiastic receptionist and helped with all my queries. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for some fast-paced fun! I'll be back soon!
