Excellent, how refreshing to find a local company offering such good, caring personal service.
Literally they've just saved our Christmas - rung them at 12.30 midday on Christmas Eve when our oven element blew and they were SO helpful. Whilst they didn't have the manufacturers replacement part in stock, they've so much experience and parts from a broad range of suppliers that they were able to provide a universal spare. Thank you so much...
Absolutely wonderful customer service. I have had a few dealings with UK appliances and every time they have sorted out the problem and gone the extra mile even coming out one Christmas Eve to fix the cooker element. Always helpful with advice and service 2nd to none. Would highly highly recommend them.
Great place if you want to repair old appliances. They have good stock, good for advice or will come out and repair for you if you prefer. Why replace when you can get it fixed for a fraction of the price and better for the planet too. Also part of Euronics so good deals on new appliances also.
