Contacted Secure Elec to help fix an electric gate problem. Fast and responsive and just the best quality customer service. A real pleasure to have Christian then come out within hours to diagnose and repair the issue. Gates now working AAA+++. Turns out he tackles electrical problems of all sorts from new installs to repairs. Definitely now on my Go to list of service providers.

Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and come to quote for the work, reworked things to get the work completed for us before Xmas, and sent across the certificate once the work was completed. We'll certainly be using them again whenever we need more electrical work done!

Craig came to look at the problem the evening I contacted him. He was able to diagnose the problem and contacted me the next day to give a price and date for the repair. Unfortunately he was unable to keep the date due to the previous job overrunning but contacted me early to rearrange for the following day. Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did the job perfectly. Great value for money. When we need work on the boiler done in the future, we’ll be calling Craig back. An emergency call out to Craig at Linked Plumbing and Heating resulted in saying a long overdue farewell to our horrible 16 year old boiler (aka frankenboiler). Craig lead us through our options and was able to fit us in as an emergency job while we were away for a few days. His team took two days to install a modern Vaillant combi, with a new flue though the roof of our townhouse and Nest thermostats. They were neat and tidy throughout and Craig's communication before, during and after installation was outstanding. He even popped round a couple of days later to give us a guided tour of everything he'd done. This was a faultless experience and I would highly recommend Linked Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of boiler installation and servicing in Kent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Plough at Langley had an excellent experience with Arton Plumbing! They responded to my call and within 3 hours were at the door! Sue and Karen provided such supportive assistance over the phone. Callum arrived promptly and resolved our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. Karen and the team were polite and courteous, they are qualified to the highest levels as needed by the C of E and they provided all supporting documentation immediately on completion of the work. They are very experienced in working with churches.We would not hesitate to use the team in future and would recommend to other churches in the area, as well as residential properties.

We hired Flo's for our wedding breakfast. The price we paid was competitive per head - pretty much a comparable price to cod and chips at a chippy. But this included all of the extras like curry sauce, mushy peas and wooden knives and forks, so it was actually very competitive considering all of these extras. We had a few veggies and vegans who were well catered for, and a few in our party were coeliac, so clinically gluten free and they were well catered for too. The communication before the day was great, and on the day the team were very chirpy and friendly. We had a party of just over 50, and they were able to get everyone served in great time, which was great as it was early February so a tad nippy out! We had numerous people comment that it was the best fish and chips they have ever had, which made us feel good about our wedding breakfast choice as it wasn't a traditional one! The fish wasn't greasy at all, nor were the chips. The portion was good too. Not crazy big, but a good sized portion of fish (or big sausage), and a generous portion of chips. All but the biggest of eaters struggled to finish theirs. They sent a message in that we had a few portions left over, so the big eaters were able to go and get a few extras lol! The van itself looked very hygienic and spotless inside. It was very presentable from the outside too, and it was very clear what options were available to our guests thanks to good signage. Thoroughly recommended. Great service, and very well priced.

Myself & Robyn would like to give a very heart felt thanks to Flo's Fryer for the absolutely amazing service we received recently at our wedding at Newhaven Fort. The fish & chips were delicious and we can't thank you enough for the vegan option for the bride, she loved the battered mushrooms! The portion sizes were amazing and all of our guest commented on how awesome the food was so again thank you so much, you guys really made our day even more special. We would highly recommend Flo's for your wedding or event. x

WOW. We had Flo's as one of our caterers at our wedding last weekend and the food and service was outstanding. From booking 2 years ago, to communicating up until the day before the wedding, nothing was too much trouble. They catered for all of our guests dietary requirements and even ordered us some extra pickled onion, eggs and gherkins! The food was incredible!! All of our 120 guests loved the food, the fish was so light, piping hot and not greasy at all. Plus the curry sauce was sooo good, proper kick to it! I wouldn't hesitate to book them for any future events! Thank you so much!!

From our first communication to our last Catherine and the team have been amazing. We had to postpone due to Covid twice and each time they were so accommodating and supportive. We finally got married on Sunday and it was absolutely worth the wait! Using Flo's Fryer as our wedding meal was perfect. Everyone said how much they enjoyed the food and they had options that catered for all (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free). The quality of the food and portion sizes were fantastic and we were even given some leftovers! We cannot thank the team enough for being so friendly and making the meal run so smoothly. 5 stars doesn't do them justice!

Linear Electrical are the best tradespeople we’ve ever used. Matt was professional, completely reliable, and incredibly friendly while offering very competitive pricing. We contacted Linear with a few issues which were not straightforward and Matt took the time to take us through all the options and what would be best. Over the years we have had a lot of electrical work carried out by different electricians, some better than others. Matt carried out a full electrical survey of the house, identified a few faults, carried out some remedial work and fitted 2 external lights. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous in all his work, and it is nice to have everything working properly and know that it is all safe. Matt is highly professional, turned up exactly when he he said he would, and left all the areas where he worked clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Moving back from uni, the one thing missing in Kent was decent coffee! Kin has exactly that as well as a lovely atmosphere and kind, friendly staff. No extra charges for vegan milk, amazing food and wonderful specialty coffee at an even better price. We come in most days with our dog (who loves his pup cups as much as I love my cappuccinos) :)

My Fiancée and I have attended the Friday taco nights twice since they started and it has gone from really good to truly great. It's a lovely relaxed atmosphere, a good cocktail list (I reccomend the Dirty Backyard Caipirinha) and the tacos are brilliant. I like the pork - my partner likes the fish. Would reccomend for groups looking for something more niche than your typical pub grub available in the area. It's a special evening to kick off the weekend.

Stopped for a coffee and a bite at this new (to me) cafe in Staplehurst. I was out for a ride on a cold December day, and the warm atmosphere of “Kin” was most welcoming. I had a Black Americano and a Cheese Toastie with Kimchi. The Kimchi is made “in-house” and was very good! The coffee was also a good quality. The cafe was busy when I arrived but I managed to get a seat on one of their comfy sofas. There is street parking (free) immediately outside the cafe or the town shops have a car park just 50 yards away. This was a great find, and I will return!

This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

We just had Darren check, fix, and finish the entire second fix electrics for our 5 bedroom house and he was excellent. Always shows up on time, works hard, offers help and advice, and the quality of his work is excellent. Would highly recommend and would certainly use him again!

Darren is his team are a highly professional bunch which carried out their work to high standards and diligence. A consumer unit replacement job turned into then having to add extra 32amp sockets for my HiFi system didnt sway them. They were more than happy to do the wxtra work. I highly recommend them.
