Incredible service. I didn’t need to wait long for my son’s car to get booked in. Was initially told I’d need a whole new instrument cluster which would cost over £1,000 but Dan fixed it for a third of the cost. Happy customer and will definitely use Dan’s friendly and efficient service again without hesitation!

Daniele was an absolute legend, after having my car misdiagnosed and ignored by multiple people. I found him online and his reviews really speak for themselves after some brief chats over emails I arranged to have to car taken to him. He kept my posted on everything that was happening and explained what had happend with the car. He charged a very reasonable price for fixing the issue. Sent me a detailed diagnostic report and is really a stand up guy. If your having car troubles that's ECU keys or Immobilizer related this man really is the go too. He was well worth traveling 40 minutes to get too.

Daniele was simply amazing. After 2 misdiagnoses he quickly found the fault and fixed our car, without the actual need for replacing any part! He really is a magician! He kept us up to date at each stage of the process. I cannot recommend him highly enough

Great service from Daniele. My frm module went kaput. Spoke to Daniele and we arranged a time for me to bring it in. Daniele diagnosed and fixed the module on the spot,so much more convenient than sending it away and my car was back on the road the same day. Excellent service. Thanks Paul

We had a pleasant meal here, on a lovely day outside. The soufflé was delicious, although we would've preferred homemade chips. Minor thing really. Would recommend stopping.

Lovely lunch here, gorgeous food, friendly staff and very dog friendly. Lovely interior too and lovely bits to buy in the little shop area. The staff gave the dogs lots of treats so they give 5 star review too!

We have used Teescroft on a few occasions now and have always been impressed by the service we receive. Teescroft have fitted an entirely new fuse board, changed multiple spotlights over to meet current regs along with supporting us in a kitchen renovation - this included changing over and moving various plug sockets and installing totally new circuits for a new cooker and hob. Stu in particular is fantastic and has been to us a few times. Jack and Dan have also been great. Mark is great to deal with and always accommodating when booking the work in, as well as efficient in providing quotes etc.

The guys did my EICR in December. It’s an old house and I was dreading the results. It was quick, easy, they are all really friendly and took me through the results to make sure I understood. Contacted Croma Locksmiths Basingstoke when door lock had become unsteady and needed unjamming. Given date to fix quickly and he arrived on time. He described the problem after diagnosing it, gave us a sensible quote to fix and said would order new part. He returned to the office, found they had the part there, phoned us back to say he could return straight away and repaired the door. While explaining that he always checked all the alignments too I commented about another door having this problem. He volunteered to see to this too all in the same price. 2 troublesome doors as new now. Brilliant efficient service at a good price.

I called Dave when I encountered a problem with my front door lock. I had attempted to fix the problem myself but wasn’t sure that I had been successful. Dave answered my call very promptly, his aim to get to me as soon as possible. He kept in touch as to timings…. I found him to be a very likeable, polite and courteous man. It seemed I had managed to fix things myself and was worrying unnecessarily. Dave didn’t charge me and wouldn’t accept a token payment….just a request to leave a review. Dave, it’s my pleasure.

Delicious food - the halloumi kebab was a tasty vegetarian option and all the meat ones were fresh and really flavourful, with all the portions being very generous as well. The chips and dips on the house are fab as well, we had to ask for more tortilla chips. Friendly staff that went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant and made it a special moment when they kindly brought out the cake we'd gotten for the birthday celebration. This place was recommended to me by a friend. Easily the best food I’ve had on my trip to the UK. The location is convenient to Basingstoke, the atmosphere is as authentic Turkish as it gets. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He made several recommendations and we couldn’t resist. The food is world class. The charcoal fired grill and classic Turkish decor add to the whole experience. I will definitely come back before I go home.

Everything was amazing! The meats on the mixed grill was all super flavourful. The hummus kavurma and smoked salmon carpaccio is perfect for starters, not too heavy, not too overpowering. Tea was excellent! Baklava was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Definitely worth a visit!

I needed a locksmith to change 3 locks for me - found B.E.N. on Check-a-Trade and contacted them to arrange a visit which I was booked in for a few days later. The locksmith was punctual, arriving at the time agreed, with a courtesy call half-an-hour earlier. After taking a look at the work that needed doing he said he had all the parts and could do it there and then which I was happy with. The work was completed to an excellent standard and at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend B.E.N. for any locksmith work.

I needed to secure 3 doors on a new property and a friend recommended BEN. A locksmith visited and discussed requirements then promptly followed up with an emailed quote which includedzz xx the more expensive option I had asked for. They clearly explained why a cheaper alternative was more secure (that’s unusual these days!). The locksmith arrived on the day agreed, efficiently installed the locks and left things clean, tidy and secure. Great service!
